The Rocksia Hotel is looking for an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for all things hospitality and who loves high volume situations. We are looking for someone who has a strong belief in ensuring work is a creative environment, takes satisfaction in developing their team and above all can grow and adapt with the expanding business.
The Duty Manager will:
Oversee the delivery of excellent customer service across all facets of the business
Have a strong understanding of entertainment and events
Have strong knowledge of venue compliance and regulations
Stay abreast of industry trends and be creative in approach to promotions & venue initiatives
Hold sound knowledge of all business associated costs and controls
Have the ability to improve staff knowledge and skill set through a range of factors to push customer engagement to the next level.
Skills & Experience
Must have previous experience in Gaming and Wagering
Be a highly motivated and exceptional self-starter
Be able to work in high pressure situations
Have strong leadership and communication skills
Have the ability to adapt and excel in a fun team dynamic
Have a hands-on approach
Be innovative and a creative problem solver
Have Current RSA and RCG qualification
