Duty Manager – The Campbell

You will oversee the daily operations of all front of house procedures in venue, ensuring a seamless operation so that customers have an exceptional experience.

About you 

A passion for Hospitality with a genuine interest in food and beverage paired with strong leadership skills and a hands on approach. We are willing to train experienced Bar staff or team leaders looking for their next step into management.

  • Complaint handling and resolution
  • RSA and RCG accredited
  • Hard working, trustworthy and loyal
  • Leads the team from the front line
  • Drives sales and membership
  • Personable; gets along with staff and locals alike
  • Experienced in Gaming, TAB and Keno facilities
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about food and beverage
  • Goes above and beyond for our valued patrons
  • Loves the hospitality industry and wants to help our business grow within the local community
  • Flexibility in working a rotational roster over seven days
  • Training, motivating and continual staff development
  • Developing creative promotions and venue initiatives


Previous experience as a management or supervisory role is highly desired, but not essential as training will always be provided
