The Role
We are looking for an experienced professional with the passion and ability to create memorable events for our customers and provide operational support to the team. The successful candidate will oversee the events space from start to finish including meeting with clients, quoting business, ordering stock and equipment, setting up and packing down event spaces and seeking feedback after the event.
About you:
- Be passionate about creating memorable events!
- Experience in the events space
- Previous experience using IVVY advantageous
- Strong enthusiasm, passion and creativity
- Enjoy working to high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to supervise, support and assist in operations
- Great time management and communication skills
- Problem solving skills and the ability to find the yes for clients!
