About you:
- Proven experience with strong knowledge of all facets of food production
- Previous experience leading a kitchen and being the sole decision-maker
- Superior food and culinary skills
- Up to date with current food trends and methods of cooking
- Experience in the creation and development of menus
- Strong enthusiasm, passion and creativity
- Enjoy working to high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with the ability to supervise, support and lead the team in kitchen operations
- Strict compliance towards food safety
We are looking for someone to:
- Assist in the kitchen functions and monitor day-to-day performance
- Ensure all food operations are compliant with relevant regulations
- Motivate the team to create a memorable experience for all customers
- Communicate effectively with management and staff
- Aid in the proposal and development of menu plans
- Complete orders and oversee stock control
