We are in search of a Leasing Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Brighton-le-Sands.

You will be working autonomously and will be responsible for a portfolio of leased commercial and retail assets and will provide quality and professional property management expertise. You will manage commercial and retail tenants whilst building and maintaining key relationships, negotiating leases and ensuring compliance with government and governing bodies ensuring we meet and maintain regulatory standards.

What you will bring 

• Relevant experience in a similar role managing retail leases
• Proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Strong analytical and finance skills
• administration skills and effective ability to work towards a timeline
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Local market knowledge and effective knowledge around commercial and retail leasing
• Highly developed negotiation skill set
• Excellent time management skills
• Understanding of the Retail Leases Act
