About the role

This role is the face of the venue, welcoming our guests and being the first impression and main point of contact for all guest related enquiries. The reception team member will be responsible for checking in and out guests, quickly and efficiently solving problems and answering guest enquiries face to face and over the phone.

About You

You will bring:

– A warm smile and welcoming personality

– Amazing customer service and communication skills

– The ability to problem solve and make decisions fast

– Previous experience in a similar role is desirable

– RMS platform knowledge is a plus!

– Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays
